At Elevate Business Growth, we work closely with commercial roofing companies and other industries to generate high-quality leads and drive long-term growth. As a Remote Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to initiate conversations with key decision makers of commercial properties, obtain pertinent information such as best phone and email, pitch them our client’s services, and schedule commercial opportunities to help connect customers with our clients.
You won’t be knocking on doors or stuck in traffic. Instead, you'll use our software, proven scripts, and our guidance to engage leads through phone calls, texts, or email campaigns all from the comfort of your own home or workspace.
Make outbound calls to customers using our CRM. You will have sales goals to generate a certain amount of opportunities each month based on the workload you are comfortable taking on. Pay structure is based on your workload, and there is bonus and commission as well.
You will follow the sales process utilizing our CRM software and Microsoft Teams.
You will engage with our clients to review opportunities you’ve provided each month to devise actionable steps towards closing deals, and you will learn industry knowledge within each of your clients respective industries – Commercial Roofing, HVAC, etc.

Anything we send to our clients must be free of errors or typos. Customer information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and business addresses must be accurate.
99% of the role is accomplished through the CRM using your skills in sales. The more comfortable, and efficient you get with the CRM, the better you will be.
