We build a database of commercial businesses and contact them directly. We identify who is involved in making the decisions to conduct business with you, then identify the need for your services, and schedule an appointment for your team to meet with them.

While in contract with you, we will not work with your competitors within our defined target market. Any exclusions will be outlines in your contract. For example, if we contract with a commercial roofing company that does not handle shingle work, then we can exclude commercial shingle work from their agreement and contract with another roofing company to provide commercial shingle work to.

Yes. The first month is for implementation/ onboarding, followed by a 12-month outbound sales campaign. The full contract term is 13 months and auto-renews for 45 days past any cancellation notice.

Pricing mainly depends on the size of the guarantee plus a small commission. Contact us for a quote. We typically have two contract sizes. A minimum annual guarantee of 72 commercial business opportunities (6 per month on average) or 96 commercial business opportunities (8 per month on average.)

Early wins often come from repair work, but full project sales (like roof replacements) typically take 6–12 months. Larger projects will build up, and mostly close in the second half of the term and beyond.
